This project has three phases:

1. Case study. It is proposed to study a case of minimum housing and the Vegaviana settlement designed by José Luis Fernández del Amo is chosen for this purpose. Once the general floor plan has been studied, as well as the typology of housing, the constant importance of the courtyard is highlighted. It also speculates on the possible growth that could be carried out in the houses as well as the personalization of these.

2. Dispersed hotel in the Embalse de Jándula. Taking the case study as a reference, the development of a dispersed or scattered hotel that shares a location with the ruins of an old village, which also has an orthogonal plot, is requested. The strategy is to incorporate these ruins with different treatments. In some cases they will have the function of public or common space, and in others it will be the courtyard of each dwelling-room, making reference to the courtyards of Fernández del Amo, in which the native vegetation is maintained for greater integration into the environment.

In addition, vertical growth is proposed in some of the cases. This allows the roofs to be used as spaces. Different degrees of privacy are established. For example; a house can have private access to its rooftop. However, in other cases, access to the rooftop can be from the ground, so that the rooftop becomes another public space. This achieves a more liquid distribution of space types.

3. Collective housing buildings on the Miraflores Peninsula in Córdoba. The Miraflores Peninsula was widened to accommodate more housing on the south side. On the north side, facing the city and the C3A museum, a park was planned but could not be built. The result is a dead zone at the mouth of the peninsula that prevents the connection between the two parts of the city. In addition, some plots of land are located "at a standstill". By stopped plots I mean those in which construction was to be carried out because they were part of a block project and could not be carried out because the discovery of archaeological remains on the plot prevented the continuation of the work due to lack of budget to excavate them. As a result, there are numerous completely unlinked party walls that close the widening to the rest of the Peninsula and therefore also to the city.

It is proposed the occupation of these plots stopped and as a link with the previous project, the use of the archaeological remains and the reference of the same house.

Different relationships can be established with the remains. These can be left in the hands of nature. Or they could also include vertical communications of access to the buildings, leaving the second floor free and adding public uses. In this way, the remains are walked through or inhabited by incorporating them into the project.

A system based on the extrusion of the plot boundary and the liberation of the first floor is established. The other heights are marked and the dwellings are incorporated, which maintain the vertical play with the distribution of different levels of privacy. In addition, a walkway connects the different buildings to generate a walk along this boundary of the peninsula sometimes crossing the ruins, others giving more distance or even accessing the walkway through them. This way the border is diluted to open the peninsula to the city. A larger staircase connects the different levels.

The presence of the archaeological remains on the ground is highlighted with the contour marking on the pavement. In this way, not only is the project integrated into the surroundings, but the environment and the remains penetrate the buildings and the dwellings themselves.
